二、科研经费

由表1计算出的新增科研项目经费为285.5万元,到帐经费420.13万元,主要用于科研中小型设备费、材料费、测试化验加工费、燃料费、会议差旅费、国际合作交流费以及文献/出版和劳务费。

三、获奖成果和专利

陈波教授指导的硕士论文《生物样品中硫普罗宁等药物的分析方法研究》获得湖南省优秀硕士学位论文。

张友玉教授指导的硕士论文《电化学石英晶体阻抗及现场红外光谱电化学在生物和聚合物体系中的研究应用》获得湖南省优秀硕士学位论文。

蒋雁峰老师《中国酒文化》多媒体课件获湖南师范大学第三届教师课件大赛一等奖;

蒋雁峰老师《中国酒文化》多媒体课件获湖南省高等学校第八届“中南杯”多媒体教育软件大赛二等奖。

六、人才引进和研究生培养

队伍建设和人才培养呈现出良好的发展态势,2008年新进博士1名,新晋教授1人,副教授3人,讲师1人。培养博士毕业研究生4人,硕士毕业研究生74人。新招收博士7人,硕士80人。

七、国内外学术交流和会议

2008年学术氛围异常活跃,共邀请国内外知名教授来院来室作学术报告和学术交流,美国刘育教授(南开), 井上佳久教授(日本), 李灿(中国科学院),刘述斌教授、Urban 教授(美国),栗莉、陈小如博士(美国)等教授来院讲学和交流。

八、依托单位给予的支持

学校按照教育部重点实验室建设要求和管理条例,在人力、物力和财力方面对“化学生物学及中药分析”重点实验室给予全力支持,学校每年20万元的运行经费。

九、运行经费的使用情况

2006年学校拨运行经费20万,主要用于开放基金、学术委员会开支,仪器设备费、材料与资料费、会议差旅费、维修费、学术交流、复印与打印等方面。

另外,通过重点学科和湖南省拨给姚院士的经费,投入实验室购置仪器设备,具体如下:

七、开放基金

本实验室已设立开放基金,2007年已批14项,经费外拨已办理。2008年又有11项申请。
