本课题组主要开展电极相关的方法和材料研究,并力争在原理上有所创新。涉及的主要研究领域如下所述。课题组现有教授1名,副教授1名,已毕业博士和硕士70余名,现在读博士生和硕士生20余名。课题组地点:湖南师范大学化学化工实验新楼3楼。

谢青季,博士(湖南大学,1993),教授(1999),博导(2002),湖南师范大学化学生物学及中药分析教育部重点实验室主任(2006),湖南省“芙蓉学者”特聘教授(2011)。主要从事分析化学和电化学教学与科研工作。曾留学日本(1994-1996)和美国(2002)。现主持和已完成省部级以上课题20余项。在Energ. Environ. Sci., Adv. Funct. Mater., Chem. Commun.和Anal. Chem.等SCI期刊发表学术论文100多篇,并在J. Chem. Educ. (2007, 84, 681-684)上撰写教研论文与同行交流,被Science等刊论文多次他引和采用。国家发明专利授权5项。获湖南省自然科学奖一等奖(排名第一)、湖南省教学成果奖一等奖(排名第二)和全国优秀博士学位论文提名论文(导师)等奖励。

主要研究进展
1. 率先开展了神经递质多巴胺氧化聚合物-黑色素仿生材料研究,创制了聚多巴胺材料,开创了多巴胺聚合物-黑色素仿生材料研究新方向。自我们发表聚多巴胺研究的首篇论文以来, 全球已有相关SCI论文4000多篇(截止到2019年)。美国学者在其Science, 2007, 318, 426-430研究论文中,两处引用了我们的论文,肯定了我们工作的先驱性以及我们关于多巴胺聚合物材料具有独特化学性质和功能性的研究结论。研究了多种新型(聚合物)修饰电极,包括发现邻苯二胺电聚合过程中生成电荷转移配合物(CTC)的新机理、提出电活性高分子链结构定量新法及基于CTC原理的电分析新法、将金属-有机配位聚合物引入化学/生物传感研究方向,拓展了分析应用领域,提高了分析检测性能。

2. 建立了测量固定化酶比活性的新方法,以及高效固定生物大分子的化学/生化预氧化-电聚合新方法,并在电沉积壳聚糖酶膜和酶抑制研究方面取得创新成果,显著改善了生物电化学装置和生物传感器的性能。通过酶比活性测试,发现疏水性碳纳米材料对吸附态葡萄糖氧化酶电活性的提升伴随对其酶活性的抑制,为第三代葡萄糖酶电极的研制提供了新的基础数据。

3. 提出了实时跟踪细胞培养过程和实时监测细胞贴壁应力的压电传感新方法,研究了数种癌细胞的生长和药毒物干预,获取了细胞-表面相互作用过程新信息和细胞力学新信息,有助于深入认识细胞行为和发展细胞器件。

4. 基于新材料、新方法以及电极表面电子转移的短程效应原理,构建了针对小分子和蛋白质等的行为研究和分析检测的多种新型高性能电化学装置,可敏感到数十个蛋白质分子。发展了高频压电阻抗快速分析及其联用新方法、电池过程的双压电晶体实时监测新方法及动态、高敏测试生物燃料电池的电化学噪声新技术,丰富了能源化学等领域的分析表征手段。
